We specialise in automating, migrating and securing IT infrastructure – on-premises, hybrid or in the cloud. As a team, we bridge the gap between development and operations to drastically shorten deployment cycles and minimise downtime.

Our profile at a glance:

  • More than 12 years of experience in the VMware SDDC space (VMware ESXi since 2013, from version 5.1) and over a decade of automation with vRealize Automation / Aria Automation (since vCAC 6.x, 2014) – a solid foundation for designing, building and operating modern VMware Cloud Foundation environments, including cluster and capacity planning and the integration of adjacent systems.
  • In-depth Ansible experience (CLI and GUI: Semaphore, AWX), including plugins for secret management, automated provisioning at infrastructure level and management of Windows and Linux servers.
  • Integration of external systems with Ansible, e.g. via APIs and with ServiceNow, Checkmk, Active Directory and Infoblox.
  • Experience with Terraform as well as Git/GitLab CI and CI/CD pipelines following established GitOps practices.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows and various Linux server distributions, and of operating internationally distributed infrastructure services.
  • International work with globally distributed teams, business-fluent English (C1), and experience in independently creating and maintaining technical concepts and operational documentation, as well as in knowledge transfer to operations teams.
